SimplyWaterButts is one of a number of websites owned by Strategic Horizon Ltd. We are agents for selected retailers, whose products are represented within the SimplyWaterButts.co.uk website. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the descriptions and pictures contained within the website are a true reflection of the products, these do not form part of a contract. When purchasing products, you will automatically become bound by the terms and conditions that individual retailer may have. Please note that products descriptions are subject to change without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Prices

Prices displayed on our website are correct to the best of our knowledge and maintained on a daily basis. In the event of an order being placed against an accidental incorrect price, we will endeavour to inform the purchaser of the error within seven days of the purchase being made, we will allow the purchaser to either cancel the booking or choose to pay the additional difference in price.

3. Retail Partners & liability

Although SimplyWaterButts Ltd has sought to select highly experienced Retailers of high quality water butts and the lowest prices, SimplyWaterButts shall not be responsible for the accuracy of the descriptions, quality or delivery of the products which the Retailer shall be solely responsible.

We do not undertake any technical examination of products, however, we only partner with quality retailers and have tried to ensure that the descriptions and images used on our website and in any marketing material are accurate. However, any contract for purchase is between yourself and the Retailer.

4. Data Protection

Your privacy is our highest priority - We will never disclose your personal details to a third party under any circumstances.

5. Copyright Notice

Advertising copy and certain images on this site are the copyright of SimplyWaterButts and its representatives and Retail Partners and must not be used without permission. Images are the copyright of the respective holders and you must not assume that you are free to re-use them.

Our intellectual property is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 in the United Kingdom, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in the United States, the Berne Convention worldwide, and must not be used elsewhere without prior permission.

Violations of our intellectual property rights are treated extremely seriously. We reserve the rights to carry out any of the following actions:

• Charge violators fees for the use of our intellectual property. Non-payment of these fees may result in legal action.

• File a complaint with the violator's hosting company and/or upstream provider to have their site terminated or suspended.

• If the violator is an affiliate, file a complaint with their merchants and affiliate networks.

• If the violator is a merchant with an affiliate programme then a complaint will be filed with your affiliate network and we will publish details of the violations as we see fit.

• Publish personally identifiable details of copyright infringers (as described on our privacy page).

• Issue press releases and other statements identifying those businesses infringing on our intellectual property.

• File DMCA complaints with Google, Yahoo, MSN Search and AOL (for the Open Directory) to have violating pages and/or sites permanently removed from their search results.

• Seek financial compensation for any loss caused to use due to duplicate content penalties in search engines.

• In certain circumstances we may alert governmental agencies or law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

If we choose to do so, we may give the violator up to three working days notice to remove infringing text or graphics. Should the infringing material not be removed within this timescale then further action will be taken with no warning. However, in certain circumstances it will be in our best interests to immediately file a complaint with the violator's web host and/or other agencies as we see fit.
